I'm committed to no longer using sugar in my coffee or drinking sweet tea. I actually like tea without sugar so that shouldn't be hard to comply with. The coffee one though, I love sugar in my coffee. I am vowing to switch to artificial sweeteners.
I'm diabetic so sugar is a HUGE no-no. Cutting out sugar from my coffee is a big step and once I've mastered this eliminating sugar from other things hopefully will be a little bit easier.
I started this change today.
